Which countries do you not ship to?
We are unable to deliver to the following destinations: Burundi, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Liberia, Libya, Nevis, North Korea, Somaliland, South Sudan, St. Eustatius, St. Helena, Syria, Tajikistan, Yemen, Russia, Ukraine, and Puerto Rico.
When will my order leave the warehouse?
Orders are usually dispatched the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided items are in stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email from our Global-e partner with your tracking details.
We make every effort to meet the expected dispatch and delivery times, though occasional delays may occur during busy periods.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 4–12 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
The estimated delivery time and cost will be shown at checkout. Please note that unexpected factors such as high order volumes, customs checks, severe weather, or other exceptional events may extend delivery times.

Can this item be shipped to my country?
Click the flag icon at the top-right corner of our homepage and select your destination country.
Then, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
If shipping restrictions apply, or if we cannot send the product to your country, the system will not allow you to complete payment. If that happens, please contact us with the item details, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can check the status of your delivery anytime using the link provided in that email, which redirects you to the courier’s website. If you experience issues with tracking, contact us at armadilocoshop@gmail.com, and we’ll be glad to help.
Where can my order be delivered?
We deliver to the address of your choice, whether it’s your home or workplace.
Can I collect my order in-store?
No, in-store pickup is not available at this time.
Why isn’t economy shipping available for my order?
Economy shipping is offered via airmail, which has a weight limit of 2 kg. Orders exceeding this weight cannot be sent by airmail.
The shipping options available, along with delivery times and costs, are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and are displayed during checkout.

Can you postpone my delivery?

Airmail: Unfortunately, we cannot intercept or delay airmail shipments. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will eventually return to us (this process can take several weeks). Once received, we will issue your refund.

Express shipping: Depending on the courier and the package’s location, it may be possible to delay delivery. Please let us know when you’ll be available to receive your order, and we’ll try to arrange this with our courier.
Can I switch my order to express delivery?
Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping method. The delivery option chosen at checkout is final.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
As stated in your order confirmation, we cannot merge separate orders once they have entered our system. Each order will be shipped individually.
You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment once dispatched.
