At ARMADILO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the return guidelines below.

How to Start a Return

  • Initiate your return through our Return Portal (click here).

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn/unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • You must include your order number or sufficient details for us to locate your order.

  • Your return request must be approved via our Return Management Platform before shipping items back.

  • You must use the prepaid tracking label we provide. Returns sent without our label cannot be processed, as we cannot verify the shipment belongs to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-ordered items.

  • Used items or products not in original condition.

Common Return Scenarios

  • Late Delivery: If your order arrives later than the promised maximum (21 days), you qualify for an $8 refund as compensation.

  • Defective or Quality Issues: We’ll replace the product free of charge.

  • Wrong Size/Color Ordered: You may return or exchange the item, but you cover the return shipping fee.

  • Changed Your Mind: Returns/exchanges are accepted, but return shipping is your responsibility.

  • Wrong or Missing Item: We’ll either send the correct item free of charge or cover the return shipping fee.

  • Damaged Parcel: If your package arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your details at checkout. ARMADILO is not liable for lost or stolen packages shipped to the address provided. We will, however, provide tracking, courier details, and proof of delivery so you can investigate with the carrier.

Return Instructions

  1. Request Approval: Start your return in the Return Portal within 30 days and include your order number.

  2. Approval & Address: Once approved, our team will provide the return address.

  3. Prepare Package: Repack items securely in original packaging, including accessories.

  4. Ship & Share Tracking: Use the provided label, ship your return, and send us the tracking number.

  5. Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.

Inspection & Deductions

  • Inspection may take up to 3 days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

If items show signs of use, deductions apply:

  • 30% deduction: Visible exterior stains or dirt.

  • 50% deduction: Heavy use, dirty soles, stained or worn insoles, or strong odors.

Only products in original condition qualify for a full refund.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos showing the defect and the label.

  • Email the images to armadilocoshop@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • We’ll send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement is also defective, we’ll issue a full refund.

Lifetime Warranty

Our lifetime warranty protects against material or workmanship defects. Each warranty covers one product unit. For example, two items require two separate warranties if you want both covered. Each unit is eligible for one replacement under this guarantee.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation.

  • After 24 hours: Subject to a 10% administration/restocking fee based on the original product price.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit. Once you accept a partial refund, it is considered final and you forfeit any further claims (refunds, replacements, or exchanges) for that item.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strive to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. If you experience a problem, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may be treated as theft and pursued legally.
